We will leave Verona and after a few minutes on the road we will go up one of the valleys that lead to the Lessinia plateau. Once in the pastures, we will take a walk to see the cattle, and a stop at a farm with a family-run dairy. After seeing the milking area, we will enter the production and aging area of the "Monte Veronese" cheese.


This and other cheeses, with their more or less seasoned variants, some fresh and creamy, others aged, will be served at the rich tasting in the typical stone and wood "malga" (mountain hut). There will also be excellent cured meats and other products from the butchery, and a taste of the local "gnocchi di malga alla cimbra". All this will be served with the usual good local wine and a little dessert. All the products offered in the tasting can be purchased at the dairy.
